1. Where is my package?
After placing your order, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process your order and 3-7 business days for delivery. Deadline for orders: 17:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam)

If these timeframes have passed and your package has not yet arrived, please contact our customer service.

2. Where can I find my track & trace code?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code via email. Also check your spam folder, as sometimes our emails end up there. Please note that it may take some time before the Track & Trace link becomes active.

3. How can I track the progress of my order?
You can track your order using the Track & Trace number you received by email. Enter the Track & Trace on our Track & Trace page to view the status of your delivery.

4. I am not satisfied with my package.
