Return Procedure

  3. Sending the Return: Send the product back to us according to the instructions received. Make sure the product is well packed to prevent damage during transport.

Refunds

  • Approval: We will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your money back within 10 working days via your original payment method.
  • Processing: Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and record the refund.

Damage and Issues

Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the problem and offer a suitable solution.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
