1. Where is my parcel?
After placing your order, it usually takes 1-3 working days to process your order and 3-7 working days before your order is delivered. Last order time: 17:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam)

If these periods have passed and your parcel has not yet arrived, please contact our customer service.

2. Where can I find my track & trace code?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. Also check your spam folder, as sometimes our emails end up there. Please note that it may take a while before the Track & Trace link becomes active.

3. How can I follow the progress of my order?
You can follow the progress of your order with your Track & Trace number that you received by email. Enter the Track & Trace on our Track & Trace page to view the status of your delivery.

4. I am not satisfied with my parcel.
See our refund policy for information about returning your parcel.
